| Mary Anne Shanahan - Partner | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Mary
Anne obtained an LLB from Auckland University in 1980. She subsequently
completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in 1989 and a Diploma of Business (Finance)
at the University of Auckland 1995. She has been admitted to the Supreme
Court of Victoria in Australia and to the High Court of Australia. After
initial employment with a large city firm Mary Anne joined the then practice
of Shanahan & Cavanagh as a staff solicitor in 1981. She subsequently
travelled overseas and worked in legal firms in Britain before returning
to New Zealand in 1984. She joined her father the late Mick Shanahan in
partnership in 1988. Mick Shanahan established the business in New Lynn
as a sole practitioner in 1956 and had completed nearly 50 years in West
Auckland when he died in late December 2004. Mary Anne has continued the
practice he established now under the name of Shanahans.
Mary Anne maintains a general practice completing conveyancing, trusts, wills and estates work, commercial transactions, matrimonial property and some general family law Mary Anne is in the office from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. mary@shanahan-solicitors.co.nz |

| Marian Kohler - Solicitor | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Marian
completed an LLB at Auckland University in 1980. She had previously completed
a Bachelor of Arts also at Auckland University. Marian has more than 19
years experience as a solicitor having worked in a small surburban practice
on the North Shore for approximately 5 years followed by 13 years in a
medium sized firm in Auckland city.
Marian commenced employment with Shanahans.in June 2004 Her areas of practice include residential and commercial, conveyancing, leases, wills and matrimonial property. Marian works on Wednesdays and Fridays. |

| Frances Edmonds - Associate | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Frances qualified from Victoria University in 1999 with a BA and LLB. Frances worked in banking and finance before moving to London in where she worked in the project finance department of a large law firm before moving in house to work for a French multinational construction and facilities management company working on PFI projects for the design build and maintenance of schools, hospitals and the Home Office. Frances returned to New Zealand in December
2004 and started at Shanahans in January 2005. She advises clients in
all areas of conveyancing, commercial transactions, family trusts, relationship
property and estate planning. |

Joy
has been with the firm since 1983 when she was Mr Shanahan's legal secretary.
In 1996 she qualified as a Legal Executive. As well as handling conveyancing
work including sales, purchases, refinancing and preparation of wills
her particular areas of expertise are subdivisions, family trusts and
commercial transactions.

Wendy
is a qualified Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives
and is authorised to take statutory declarations. She qualified as a legal
executive in 1992 and has over 14 years experience as a legal executive.
Wendy has been at Shanahans for over 18 years and specializes in all aspects
of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, finance structures,
subdivisions and preparation of wills.
Wendy is also the Office Manager and oversees the running of the office. For anyone wishing to obtain information on the services provided by the firm or to obtain quotes (where fixed quotes can be given) she will either provide you with this information or direct you to the person in the firm who would best suit your needs. |

| Linda Rose - Estates Executive | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Linda
is our senior Estates Executive and has been helping clients in this area
for over 15 years. Linda specializes in all areas of Estate Administration
including preparation of Wills, applying for Probate or Letters of Administration
and the overall administration and distribution of Estates.
Linda works from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Linda@shanahan-solicitors.co.nz

| Janette Spyve - Mortgage Administrator | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Janette
is responsible for the administration of our nominee investment company,
Michael A. Shanahan Nominees Limited. Janette originally commenced working
at Shanahan & Co in 1976 as Mr Shanahan's secretary, specializing
in Estate Administration and conveyancing. In 1983 Janette left the firm
to raise her family and rejoined the firm fifteen years ago as the mortgage
administrator. Janette also works for a chartered accountant in Henderson.
With an accounting background Janette manages contributions from our clients,
interest distributions and oversees all aspects of the mortgage portfolio.
