| We
are one of the few practices in West Auckland to offer a nominee mortgage
service. Clients can invest funds with us for two year periods as a secure
investment offering high returns. We have been offering this service to
our clients since 1969 and have an excellent track record. We do not use
second mortgages and in general loans do not exceed 60% of the registered
value of the property to ensure that our clients' investments are protected.
Prior to investing we give our client investors a summary of the borrower's loan application detailing the amount of the loan and the address of the security property with a copy of the registered valuation. Your money is invested in a specific security (as opposed to a general debenture as offered by finance companies). Interest is paid quarterly. The nominee company is managed and operated by Mary Anne Shanahan in accordance with The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Lawyers: Nominee Company) Rules 2008 and is audited by the New Zealand Law Society. Mary Anne is assisted by Janette Spyve who can assist with any queries or questions you may have about your investment or investing with us. |
